If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the product you have purchased from our store, you must inform us within 24 Hours from delivery for an exchange or replacement.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your purchased product must be unused and in the same condition and temperature in which you had received it in. Products that have been compromised. in any way will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

We try our best to reach all the possible locations we can.  Below is our schedule for delivery.

Dubai – from Saturday to Thursday, 8 AM – 6 PM

Abu Dhabi – Sunday / Tuesday, 8 AM – 6 PM

Sharjah /Ajman / Ras Al Khaimah – Monday or Tuesday, 8 AM – 6 PM

We currently do not have deliveries in Umm Al Quwain, Al-Ain, Fujairah. If customers from these regions do want to order products from us, we request you to please get in touch with our team.
